"Damaged my car by trying to jump start flat battery with the leads the wrong way round. Rang Nigel, he explained his charges which seemed reasonable. Although busy he manged to fit me in later that same day. He found the problem quickly, a blown fuse in the battery terminal block. Unfortunately that meant a new terminal block. He managed to start the car just to prove nothing else wrong and removed the terminal block for me. Overall very pleased, very professional would certainly use again."
